Grant Smitten is the founder of Macedon Ranges Garden Services. Grant has lived in the Macedon Ranges for 13 years and loves the sanctuary of semi-rural living with his wife Lori and twins Chloe and Zavier. Growing up with a farming background, Grant has always had a strong connection to the land.
Grant left the corporate world behind in 2013 to pursue his passion and build his garden and landscape business. Seven years on, Grant hasn’t looked back and is proud of the work that he and his team have delivered throughout the Macedon Ranges in building, restoring and growing beautiful garden spaces for his many returning clients. Grant is deeply connected to the Macedon Ranges community, and when he’s not working to help clients build their dream gardens, you’ll find him in his own garden where he gets the most joy in seeing his twins eat organic veggies straight from the patch.

Macedon Ranges Garden Services is made up of a small team of locals who all have a passion for creating beautiful garden landscapes for their clients.
The team complements each other with a diverse mix of skills to support the delivery of your garden project. Whether it’s restoring an overgrown space back to its original glory, installing lush lawn or building an outdoor space with a cosy fire pit complete with native garden, Grant will direct the right team member to deliver your personalised project.
